Shipping policy
All Orders placed before 11am AEST will be shipped on the same day - all orders placed after this time will be shipped the next following business day! (excluding public holidays & excludes shipping delays if mentioned in announcement bar)
If you place an order on the weekend (Saturday, Sunday) your order will be shipped the next following business day (excluding public holidays)
You should receive an order confirmation email if you put your email in - if you've only put your number in you are only signed up for SMS contact. If you are placing an international order you MUST put your email in.
Please note we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed it and we have added your tracking number (fulfilled your order) if unfulfilled we are able to modify this.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to Australia
For express shipping: We offer $15 express shipping to Australia
INTERNATIONAL
Rates are calculated at checkout depending where you're from, we offer standard and express through Australia Post & Express with DHL
TRACKING
Due to the global pandemic, there may be delivery delays both domestically and internationally; nevertheless, after the package has been shipped, we are not liable for any delays
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly.
If your package is marked as Delivered then you can file a claim for Missing Contents (7 days after you due to receive date). Any later, it is the buyers responsibility to submit a search to Missing Mail.
Therefore if your package isn't marked as Delivered, we will take full responsibility, we will submit a search to Missing Mail and we will file an insurance claim if necessary, if after 7 days after the expected delivery date the package still isn't located we will take further action upon missing item and also offer customer a redelivery.
International Shipping
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, you as the customer are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
We are not liable for any of these fees, we are not responsible for any import or custom duties that you may need to pay.

Once your parcel has been passed onto our courier we are no longer responsible for the whereabouts of your parcel, we are no liable or responsible for any missing parcels, lost in transit orders, stolen deliveries etc. If you would like to get in touch regarding any of these issues you must get in touch with the courier directly as we are not responsible for anything beyond fulfilment.

International postal delivery services are required for both inbound and outbound deliveries. Most nations are experiencing delays as a result of restrictions and operational limitations, such as fewer foreign flights and/or nations that do not yet accept packages.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you are unable to locate this confirmation email please check your junk and promotions mail before contacting us.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at enquire@olorthelabel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
