Return
Due to the nature of jewellery we do NOT accept returns or exchanges. As certain types of items cannot be returned which are personalised products such as jewellery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*For all damages and issues we have a 48hr period where you must get in contact within this time frame after receiving your order, if you do not get in contact within this time frame we will not accept any complaints*
Refunds
We do NOT accept Refunds, if unsatisfied with item we will provide the customer with store credit.
We do not refund faulty items/damaged items. If an item is faulty/damaged we will issue out a replacement for item or offer store credit in place of refund.
Change Of Mind
All orders are final as they are immediately processed in our system. Please ensure your order is correct before finalising it.
PRE ORDERS CANNOT be cancelled after 48 hours. We will NOT provide you with a refund and we will process your order.
Chargebacks
If we accuse you of using chargebacks to commit "friendly fraud," we have the legal right to bring a lawsuit against you and, if necessary, seek criminal charges. Merchants can take customers to court over fraudulent chargebacks, and many jurisdictions will pursue criminal charges for chargeback-related fraud.
