What does Olor Mean?
The word "olor" comes from the Cygnus Mute swan, a type of swan and a member of the Anatidae family of swans. It is indigenous to the far north of Africa and much of Europe. Swans represent grace, beauty, love, loyalty, and trust. Swan symbolism frequently refers to inner beauty and self-love. We want everyone to experience this when wearing Olor The Label.
What's Reworked Jewellery?
Reworked Jewellery is the art of upcycling. Olor The Label curates reworked jewellery by sourcing items such as vintage bag charms, vintage bracelets, designer buttons & zip pulls etc and upcycling them into new pieces of jewellery, giving these vintage pieces a second chance at life and creating original pieces.
How Do I Know If It's Authentic?
For products that require authenticity (eg: bag charms, bracelets etc) we will provide an authentication certificate with these items. For items such as buttons, zippers etc these do not require authentication certificates but they have all been carefully selected by a team of experts. Our team thoroughly authenticates each piece of jewellery before shipping it out. We will only purchase items that conform to the standards and laws of our authenticity requirements. For example, we buy from respectable and trustworthy international retailers like Style Tribute, Vestiaire Collective, and others. Additionally, we employ a private vendor to buy our supplies, and every item that is brought to their warehouse is carefully examined by their authentication team. Their stringent verification methods might be credited for their success and dependability. To mention a few, they examine the hardware, serial numbers, date codes, and brand stamps.
Can I request an authentication certificate for my product?
You can request an authentication certificate to be digitally created for your product and emailed to the buyer, if the product does not require authentication but the customer would like to receive the physical certificate this can be requested and the customer can purchase the authenticity certificate as the certificate is not calculated in the cost of the products that do not require authentication.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All orders are shipped out 1-2 days after placing your order. (MONDAY-FRIDAY) All orders placed during a weekend will be processed but shipped out on the following weekday.
Please note we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed it and we have added your tracking number (fulfilled your order)
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to Australia
For express shipping: We offer $15 express shipping to Australia
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly.
If your package is marked as Delivered then you can file a claim for Missing Contents (7 days after you due to receive date). Any later, it is the buyers responsibility to submit a search to Missing Mail.
Therefore if your package isn't marked as Delivered, we will take full responsibility, we will submit a search to Missing Mail and we will file an insurance claim if necessary, if after 7 days after the expected delivery date the package still isn't located we will take further action upon missing item and also offer customer a redelivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, you as the customer are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
We are not liable for any of these fees, we are not responsible for any import or custom duties that you may need to pay.
*International shipping can range between 10-27 business days, we are not responsible for any delays*
Once your parcel has been passed onto our courier we are no longer responsible for the whereabouts of your parcel, we are no liable or responsible for any missing parcels, lost in transit orders, stolen deliveries etc. If you would like to get in touch regarding any of these issues you must get in touch with the courier directly as we are not responsible for anything beyond fulfilment.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Can I return my item?
Due to the nature of jewellery we do NOT accept returns or exchanges. As certain types of items cannot be returned which are personalised products such as jewellery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
My item came damaged, what should I do?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*For all damages and issues we have a 48hr period where you must get in contact within this time frame after receiving your order, if you do not get in contact within this time frame we will not accept any complaints
Can I change my mind after purchasing?
All orders are final as they are immediately processed in our system. Please ensure your order is correct before finalising it. PRE ORDERS CANNOT be cancelled after 48 hours. We will NOT provide you with a refund and we will process your order.
Can I open a chargeback if you don't refund my order?
We have a policy that all our customers must abide by. If we accuse you of using chargebacks to commit "friendly fraud," we have the legal right to bring a lawsuit against you and, if necessary, seek criminal charges. Merchants can take customers to court over fraudulent chargebacks, and many jurisdictions will pursue criminal charges for chargeback-related fraud.

Can I get my jewellery wet?
These are our recommended care instructions.
- Keep water, perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, such as home cleaners. Chemical jewellery cleaners should never be used since they will cause more harm than good.
- To avoid scratching, polish with a soft, lint-free cloth for light cleaning.
- Store in the boxes we send them in in a cool, dry area (ideally).
